From the Beltway: take exit #45 – Dulles Toll Road west – go approximately 10 miles to exit #11 – Fairfax County Parkway – bear right or north after the toll booth onto the parkway. Merge to the left. At the next light, turn left at the Spring street exit which will lead you around a sharp curve and dead end at a traffic light. Turn right, then immediately left into Sunset Business Park. The Marine Scene is approximately 100 yards down on the right side. We are in unit 293.

From Route 66 or Route 50: take the Fairfax County Parkway exit to the north. After you cross the Dulles Toll Road, merge to the left. At the next light, turn left at the Spring street exit which will lead you around a sharp curve and dead end at a traffic light. Turn right, then immediately left into Sunset Business Park. From the Leesburg area: take the Dulles Toll Road east to exit #11 – Fairfax County Parkway. Turn left on the parkway, cross the Dulles toll road, and merge to the left. From Baltimore: take 95 south to the beltway. Take the Beltway west or towards Rockville. Follow the beltway around to exit #45 – Dulles Toll Road west - go approximately 10 miles to exit #11 – Fairfax County Parkway – bear right or north after the toll booth onto the parkway.
